The daily game
What kind of football trivia is in Daily Drive?
Daily Drive covers NFL players, teams, statistics and memorable performances. The daily football trivia mix includes player and team rankings, numerical estimates, rapid-fire lists, clue puzzles and Over / Under. Each question states the season or period that counts.
Is Daily Drive free?
Yes. The daily football trivia game is free to play. You do not need to buy Unlimited to play the daily drive or share your result.
When does the next daily drive arrive?
A new daily edition arrives at midnight in America/New_York, including its daylight-saving changes. If you are already in a drive when the date changes, that drive keeps its original question set.
Can I replay the daily game?
There is one official daily attempt. Reloading restores that drive rather than providing another official attempt. Unlimited members can play additional random Practice drives without changing their daily result.
Does everyone play the same daily edition?
Yes. The daily edition is shared. Your answers determine your field position, downs and how long your drive lasts. If a fourth-down play cannot offer enough yards to convert, the game can use an attainable reserve question from that edition.
Is there a two-minute limit?
There is no overall two-minute game clock. Rapid-fire drive questions allow 45 seconds; other drive questions allow 35 seconds. You get a short reading window before the clock starts, and it stops between plays. Standalone Unlimited Over / Under uses 15 seconds per card.
Answers and scoring
Can I earn yards without the exact answer?
Yes. Numerical, ranking and statistical-target questions award partial credit for closeness. Each question has its own maximum gain and scoring explanation. A play can gain up to 35 yards or lose at most five yards. Read the post-play comparison to see the target, your answer and the result.
Do I have to spell every full name perfectly?
No. The game supports clear surnames, familiar aliases and minor misspellings. If a name needs a larger correction or more clarity, it may ask you to confirm or edit it. Confirm the displayed name only if it is the answer you intended.
How do rapid-fire questions work?
Enter one name, press Enter or tap the arrow, then keep adding names until time runs out. Your list stays ungraded during the play. Correct names earn the displayed reward and each wrong name costs one yard. Duplicates do not count twice. You can review the individual names and their yardage afterward.
How does Over / Under work inside a drive?
The question names a season or period for the whole set. Call whether each actual statistic was over or under its displayed line. A correct call earns one yard and a wrong call loses one yard; unanswered cards earn zero. The entire set shares a 35-second clock, and the total loss is capped at five yards.
Why does the season or period matter?
Each question’s named period and population define its answer. Last-season totals, per-season averages and all-time leaderboards can produce very different answers. Check those labels before answering. Play details and the final breakdown provide the relevant comparison and sources where available.
How are results compared with other players?
The comparison uses completed drives from the same daily edition. Touchdowns rank ahead of unfinished drives; among touchdowns, fewer plays comes first, followed by answer quality. For drives without a touchdown, field progress comes first, then answer quality and plays. Remaining clock time is not a tiebreaker. The comparison can change as more players finish.
Accounts, Unlimited and support
Will my drive be saved if I leave?
The daily game uses a browser cookie to find your saved drive. Returning in that browser can restore it. An active question’s clock keeps running while you are away. Clearing cookies or switching browsers can lose the guest connection, so use an account to connect supported progress and purchases across devices.
How do I use my purchase on another device?
Open Account and sign in with the same Google account or email you used when purchasing. Paid access is connected to that account. If it does not appear, verify the account, use Refresh account, and contact support if you still need help.
Is Unlimited a subscription?
No. Daily Drive Unlimited costs $8.99 as a one-time payment. It unlocks unlimited Practice drives, Endless and standalone Over / Under. The free daily game remains available without purchasing.
What is the difference between the Unlimited modes?
Practice gives you another drive with random questions. Endless keeps the field going while you continue earning first downs; a failed fourth down or safety ends the run. Standalone Over / Under lets you choose a season or era and make calls with 15 seconds per card. Three wrong calls end that run.
Can I share my result without posting every play?
Yes. The result screen offers a concise result summary and a shareable drive image. Share result opens your device’s sharing options where supported, Share to X opens its composer, and Copy results gives you text to paste. You choose the final recipient or post.
Where can I report an issue or suggest a question?
Use Send feedback after your completed drive for a question-set rating, comment or suggestion. For account, purchase or other support, email dailydrivegame@gmail.com. For a gameplay issue, include the question, device, browser and what happened; do not send passwords or payment details.
